Trachtenberg in collaboration with BC Architects was shortlisted by the Continuum Homeowners association to rethink the common grounds and public areas. The site is a unique world class location with un-interrupted views to both the east and the south. The design was based on an understanding of a hierarchy of spaces. From the arrival to amenity the experience was defined as new opportunities to engage and interact. Interaction not only with those that share your space but your relationship with the area that surrounds you. through an understanding of both utilization and under utilization, a meticulous assessment of the area in comparison to other successful global locations were explored, leading to a clear vision of every area of opportunity. From this, the design evolved and elevated the quality of all areas, bringing Continuum's grounds and common areas to the world-class experience so deserved.
